MLB Predictions
Here are my 2008 MLB predictions. Let’s see how good I am at prognosticating.
Before I do so, just want to say that, without a salary cap, baseball will never have teams going from last to first in successive seasons, in contrast to the NFL. But, the key word in sports these days is ”parity.” That seems to be the measure of the quality of your league. The NFL has been king for a while. But, MLB is right there. We will figure it out when the NFL season starts and I give those predictions….
As I see it, 20 teams in baseball have a chance to make the playoffs… 20 out of 30! Remember, only 8 of the 30 teams make the playoffs. That is pretty remakrable.
Some of these division and wild card races are going to be unbelieveable and right down to the wire.
