I don't respect it because these are the guys doing the work and helping the prospects. We need to add more(good coaches/instructors) like him not get rid of!So many people help out teams but their name or work are not talked about. Example many scouts never get their due respect. Andy MacPhail has taken on a job where we are going to see is supporting cast at Minnesota was just has or more talented than he was.
