Happy Valentine’s Day to  everyone. I could go on my annual Valentine’s Day rant and be the Grinch of this make believe holiday. I could rip all of you who are about to drop 200 bones in Little Italy tonight. I could bash those of you driving out -of- state for a candle lit dinner. I could knock you for buying that diamond necklace…. And, I could just tell you that bachelorhood and its limited obligations is the greatest thing in the world.

I was going to do that… until I saw a “Saved by the Bell” rerun last night… and started thinking that if Zack Morris and Kelly Kapowski can make it through those crazy high school years, that trip to Hawaii, Zack’s 2nd senior year, and him going off to college… then maybe there is such a thing as true love….

But, I’m still very skeptical.

On to sports before I get in trouble…. It was a tough one for the Terps last night. I am telling you… they are still in great shape. They are still in third place in the ACC and are going to finish with at least 10 conference wins. But, they have  to win at home against FSU on Saturday.

They are practicing in Ft. Lauderdale today. Stay tuned.
