Power Rankings (Week 11) – Week 5 BcS Rankings…by Chris
There still isn’t much movement at the top. Texas will be playing for the National Championship. You could basically have the top 3 in any order and I would be fine with it until December 5th when either Florida or Bama goes down!
1. Florida (10-0) - This team is full of ridiculous athletes…Florida State up next, should be an easy one this year.
2. Alabama (10-0) – Are you kidding me they play Chattanooga this week?
3. Texas (10-0) – Texas gets another easy one this week, they look like a lock to be playing for the national championship.
4. TCU (10-0)-I have finally gone over to the dark side that was an impressive win against Utah these boys want and deserve some respect!
5. Cincinnati (10-0) – They won a close one against West Virginia…I cannot wait until the play Pitt on Dec 5th.
6. Boise State (10-0) – Idaho turned the ball over 7 times to help keep the Broncos undefeated
7. Pittsburgh (9-1) – Impressive win against Notre Dame they get an off week and hopefully they don’t look past West Virginia.
8. Georgia Tech (10-1) – They secured a berth in the ACC championship game and will get a nice tune up for that one in 2 weeks against Georgia.
9. Ohio State (9-2) - What can I say I still think they are overrated but they will be playing in the Rose Bowl!
10. Stanford (7-3) - 2 very high quality wins in a row can they keep it up this week against Cal. Jimmy Harbaugh has these boys playing hard…maybe he can give John a call!
11. LSU (9-2) – The Tigers will be looking for revenge this week against Ole Miss.
12. Oregon (8-2) – 2 more wins and the Ducks can secure a spot in Rose Bowl.
13. Oklahoma State (8-2) – The Cowboys better hope their QB is ok and better not be looking past Colorado because they will come to play.
14. Oregon State (7-3)-They control their Rose Bowl destiny as well…win and you’re in.
That is all for this week any complaints too bad. Nah I’m just kidding send them my way these are just my opinions and in no way represent the views of Mark Viviano, Damon “The Bulldog” Yaffe, 105.7 The Fan, CBS Radio.
